Our production base is located in Menghe Town, Xinbei District, Changzhou City. The facility covers the full manufacturing process from PP spunbond fabric extrusion to finished product output. We run independent lines for fabric forming, printing, lamination, slitting, and bag making, all within the same site. This setup allows us to control material quality from the start and keep production efficient for both small custom runs and large bulk orders.
Our spunbond nonwoven production line handles PP raw material melting, spinning, web forming, and thermal bonding in a continuous process. We produce fabric rolls from 10gsm to 150gsm in multiple colors, with optional hydrophilic, hydrophobic, and anti-static treatments. All rolls are produced in-house, giving us direct control over fabric weight, uniformity, and tensile strength before they enter the next stage.
We operate 7-color gravure printing machines and screen printing equipment to handle everything from single-color logos to full-graphic laminated designs. The gravure line supports BOPP and PE lamination, producing sharp, vivid prints that hold up well in daily use. This is where your branding comes to life on the product.
Multiple automatic and semi-automatic bag-making lines run in parallel, covering D-cut bags, T-shirt bags, handle bags, box bags, thermal bags, and other custom structures. Ultrasonic sealing and sewing stations are configured based on product type. Daily output reaches 200,000 pieces across all lines.
Finished products are inspected, packed, and stored in our on-site warehouse before shipment. We handle standard export packing and palletizing in-house, and coordinate directly with freight forwarders for both FOB and CIF orders.
