Everything About Insulated Nonwoven Packaging
Nonwoven vs. Woven Insulated Bags: Material Differences
Nonwoven thermal bags are made from PP spunbond fabric, which is lighter and more cost-effective than woven alternatives. Woven bags offer higher tensile strength but come at a higher price and longer production cycle. For most food delivery and promotional use cases, nonwoven thermal bags provide the best balance of insulation, print quality, and unit cost. Woven options make more sense for heavy-duty or long-term reusable cooler bags where maximum durability is the priority.

Insulated Packaging for Food Delivery: Industry Requirements
Food delivery platforms and restaurant chains typically require thermal bags that maintain temperature for at least 30–45 minutes during transit. The bag also needs to be easy to clean, able to stand upright when loaded, and carry branding that represents the business. Our multi-layer aluminum foil structure meets these requirements, and the laminated nonwoven surface is easy to wipe down between deliveries.
